Abstract

The invention discloses a method, device and system to switch conversation belonging to the communication field. The method comprises steps of: receiving dialing information sent by a terminal signed with conversation switching service, the dialing information comprising an access code, the terminal being in communication with another one; switching the conversation of the terminal to the one corresponding to the dialing information according to the access code. The device comprises a receiving module and a conversation switching module. The system comprises a terminal and a device that switches the conversation. The invention switches conversation to the terminal corresponding to the dialing information through receiving the dial information, which realizes conversation switch under a condition that the conversation is not terminated with great user conversation experience.
