An input of the positive-phase boosting module is coupled with the secondary cell and the mains supply, and an output of the positive-phase boosting module is coupled with the input of the first power accumulator; the output of the negative-phase boosting module of the mains supply is coupled with the input of the second power accumulator; the output of the first power accumulator and the output of the second power accumulator are coupled with the input of the inversion module; the stepdown-boosting bidirectional converter is connected between the secondary cell and the second power accumulator and is used for step down the DC voltage of a negative bus under a mains supply mode to charge the secondary cell, and boosting the voltage of the secondary cell to charge the second power accumulator.
