Problems solved by technology

[0005] The problem is that the above-mentioned method of setting the datum takes a long time. After the datum is taken, it is difficult to locate the datum point, which makes it difficult to locate the datum plane, which makes it difficult to measure the levelness of each segment, thus increasing the workload of shipbuilding and affecting shipbuilding productivity

Embodiment Construction

[0013] figure 1 It shows the schematic diagram of segment positioning and closing markpost and reference line setting at the bottom without steps. In the figure, after the non-step bottom section is turned over and welded, the pyrotechnic correction is completed, and the section level is adjusted, 4 closing benchmarks are installed and welded on the inner bottom plate 11 . The benchmark poles are installed and welded perpendicular to the inner bottom plate, and the four closed benchmark poles are arranged in a rectangular arrangement at the four corners near the outer side of the inner bottom plate. Such as image 3 As shown, in the subsection production stage, a horizontal reference line 1 is set on each closing benchmark 2; image 3 The middle horizontal reference line 1 is determined by a plurality of oceanic marks 3 as horizontal reference points. figure 1 The horizontal datum lines on the 4 closing poles in the center are located on the same horizontal plane; thus, on ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a datum line arranging method used for the container-ship bottom segment closing and locating. The method includes the following steps: closing mark poles are vertically welded on an inner motherboard at the bottom of a ship; and a horizontal datum line is arranged on the closing mark poles respectively. For the bottom segment structure of container-ships without steps, four closing mark poles are adopted and arranged as a rectangle form at four angles on the inner motherboard and adjacent to the outer side; and the horizontal datum lines on all the closing mark poles are on the same horizontal plane. For the bottom segment structure of container-ships with steps, two closing mark poles are adopted and arranged to be parallel with a vertical wall by the same distance; and the horizontal datum line is also arranged on the vertical wall and the horizontal datum lines on the two closing mark poles and the horizontal datum line on the vertical wall are on the same horizontal plane. The invention adopts the points to displace planes in the segment locating and closing and adopts the horizontal datum lines on the closing mark poles for locating segment so as to provide the simple and convenient operation method and enhance the efficiency of shipbuilding.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for setting a datum line in the shipbuilding process, more specifically, to a method for setting a segmented closing and positioning datum line in the segmental construction process of the bottom of a container ship. Background technique [0002] The traditional positioning and closing method of container ship bottom segments is to measure a large number of horizontal points of container corner pads on the inner bottom plate to locate segments. [0003] Such as figure 1 Schematic diagram of the structure of the container ship bottom section (without steps) shown. The traditional method needs to measure the levelness of 18 points on the inner bottom plate when positioning and closing in sections, such as figure 1 There are 18 data in three horizontal rows, the first row is +2, +5, +3, +0, -1, +2, the second row is +3, +4, +1, +0, -2, + 3. For the third row +3, +5, +2, +0, -2, +3, the average value is obtained through...
