Abstract

The invention relates to alcohol-soluble resin, a preparation method thereof and a method for manufacturing aerosol spray painting by utilization of the alcohol-soluble resin. The alcohol-soluble resin is prepared by polymerization of mixed monomers in a mixed alcohol solvent, wherein the mixed monomers comprise the following compositions in portion by weight: 55 to 75 portions of acrylic ester, 8 to 20 portions of vinyl acetate, and 20 to 35 portions of active functional group monomers. The method for manufacturing the aerosol spray painting by adoption of the alcohol-soluble resin comprises the following steps: the adequate alcohol-soluble resin is provided and mixed with pigment filler, added with an auxiliary agent, mixed and grinded to prepare slurry; and the slurry is added with the auxiliary agent for color blending, and diluted by the mixed alcohol solvent to the required concentration, and the alcohol-soluble aerosol spray painting is prepared. The alcohol-soluble resin is synthesized by adoption of a plurality of monomers such as the acrylic ester and special monomers containing functional groups and adoption of mixed alcohol as a solvent, and simultaneously can meet the performance requirements and reach the environment-friendly standards when being used on the aerosol spray painting after selection of suitable auxiliary agent.
