The programmer comprises a main control chip, a FLASH data storage module, an operating state display module, a functional selection switch, a communication interface module of an upper computer and a programming interface module between the programmer and a chip to be programmed, wherein the main control chip is connected with the FLASH data storage module, the operating state display module and the functional selection switch respectively; the communication interface module is connected with the upper computer and the main control chip; and the programming interface module is connected with the main control chip and the chip to be programmed.
