The method is divided into a training stage and a synthesis stage, and comprises the steps of extracting therhythm structure features from the rhythm labeling information in a to-be-processed text according to the linguistic knowledge, and training a rhythm model based on the rhythm structure features; preprocessing the to-be-processed text and an audio to obtain a pinyin sequence containing the rhythm information and the corresponding acoustic features, then training an acoustic model, and deploying the trained rhythm model and acoustic model to a background; obtaining a text containing the rhythm information corresponding to the input text according to the rhythm model; converting into a pinyin sequence with rhythm information, and inputting into the acoustic model to obtain a linear frequency spectrum; and converting the linear frequency spectrum into the audio. According to the Chinesespeech synthesis method, the synthesized voice can be more natural, and especially for the longer clauses, the pause position can be determined. In addition, the model is deployed to the background at the synthesis stage, and the model loading time is saved, so that the voice synthesis speed can be increased.

A computer-implemented method of providing one or more selected tracking tags to a domain owner server for deployment on a website is described. The one or more tracking tags are selected from a set of available tracking tags and the method comprises: storing the set of available tracking tags, each available tracking tag including a purpose parameter describing a use to which data collected by the available tracking tag will be put; storing a plurality of user identifiers and a plurality of sets of tag-selection parameters, each user identifier identifying a website user and having an associated set of tag-selection parameters which identity a specific tracking tag and indicate whether a user consent has been obtained for a specific purpose of the specific tag; receiving, from the domain owner server, a request for deployment of one or more tracking tags on the website, the request including a received user identifier identifying a user accessing the website; for a user identifier corresponding to the received user identifier, comparing the tag-parameters for each specific tracking tag to the purpose parameter of each corresponding available tracking tag; selecting available tracking tags where the purpose parameter of the available tracking tag corresponds to a specific purpose which has an indication of user consent in the corresponding tag-selection parameters; and transmitting the selected available tracking tags to the domain owner server for deployment on the website.

The manufacturing method of the R-Fe-B sintered magnet comprises the main steps of preparing a R1-Fe-B-M sintered magnet as a matrix; arranging an RLO particle layer of light rare earth element on the surface of the matrix and arranging a heavy rare earth RHX which comprises either dysprosium metal, or dysprosium hydride or both the dysprosium metal and the dysprosium hydride on the RLO particle layer; performing heating treatment inside a sintering furnace to enable the heavy rare earth RHX to evaporate to the surface of matrix by penetrating through the RLO particle layer and to diffuse from the surface to the inside of the magnet, wherein during the whole process, the RLO particle layer serves as transmission media and does not react with heavy rare earth elements. According to the manufacturing method of the R-Fe-B sintered magnet, the RLO particle layer of oxide and fluoride of light rare earth element is arranged between the magnet and the heavy rare earth RHX, so that on the one hand, non-direct contact of the magnet and the heavy rare earth RHX is achieved, on the other hand, the diffusion process of heavy rare earth RHX steam can be inhibited and slowed down, and excessive evaporation of the heavy rare earth RHX steam to the surface of the magnet can be prevented.
