station, and triggering the working
situation model module of the operation equipment of the LNG receiving
station in
fixed time to obtaina working condition model corresponding to each piece of equipment; constructing the integral
optimal scheduling model of the LNG receiving station on the basis of each working condition model, and carrying out optimal solving on the integral
optimal scheduling model of the LNG receiving station to obtain a scheduling scheme after the LNG receiving station is optimized; and on the basis of the scheduling scheme, scheduling the LNG receiving station. By use of the method, the integral
optimal scheduling model of the LNG receiving station is established, on the premise of meeting the external output plane of
natural gas, the optimal scheduling scheme is automatically given by taking the minimum total production cost of the
operating system of the LNG receiving station as a target, the scheduling economy of the
operating system of the LNG receiving station is improved, the targets of energy saving, emission reduction, cost reduction and
synergy of an enterprise are realized, and the problem brought by artificial subjectivity and insufficient experience of scheduling personnel is avoided to a certain degree.
