Abstract

The invention discloses a piston device for a four-way switching valve used in the four-way switching valve (1). The four-way switching valve comprises: a cylindrical valve body (2); a bolt body (11) connected to an open end (2a) of the valve body through a braze welding (10); and the piston device (3) linked with a valve core and sliding in the valve body and forming an action chamber (13) with the bolt body, wherein a plate element (7) is formed by a basal part (7a) and a vertical bending part (7b) from the bottom part to the bolt side on an positive side of the action chamber. An open end (7e) of the vertical bending section of the plate element is connected to the bolt body at a position of leaving the valve body and a bolt body graft union (16). The action chamber is formed by the plate element and the bolt body. A sealing member (6) for sealing between the valve body interior and the action chamber is arranged at an opposite side with the valve body interior of the position device. The invention can ensure a normal movement of the four-way switching valve piston device, prevent a bad sealing of the sealing member between the valve body interior and the action chamber, and reliably fix the piston on a connection plate by using the bolt for stopping rotation.
