An embodiment of the invention discloses a method for adjusting distribution of service time slot, wherein the method comprises the following steps: transmitting service frame carrying adjustment informing information to the destination terminal for informing the destination terminal to prepare adjusting the service time slot distribution of service frame; at the service frame position which is negotiated with the destination terminal, adjusting the service time slot distribution of service frame according to the preset time slot distribution information; and transmitting the adjusted serviceframe to the destination terminal. Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also discloses a method for analyzing service data, a terminal and a system for adjusting distribution of service time slot. Through the application of embodiment of the invention, the dynamic and lossless adjustment to the distribution of time slot of various services on random physical connection link can be realized. Furthermore the distribution of service time slots can be executed with stepless adjustment. The distribution flexibility and service grade of service are increased.
