Embodiment Construction

[0032] Such as figure 1 As shown, the system of the present invention consists of a projector, a digital camera and a horizontal platform for placing objects.

[0033] For the convenience of deeply understanding the technical contents of the present invention, below in conjunction with figure 2 The present invention will be described in detail. 0 c is the optical center coordinates of the camera, (X c , Y c ,Z c ) is the camera coordinate system, O p is the optical center coordinates of the projector, (X p , Y p ,Z p ) is the camera coordinate system, and the corresponding point of a point P on the object on the camera imaging plane is P'. To solve the problem that traditional edge detection methods are easily affected by textures and shadows, we adopt a spatiotemporal approach to find projected line edges in the image sequence I(x, y, t). The object is on the horizontal line L top and horizontal lower line L bot Between, to obtain the three-dimensional correspond...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quickly acquiring the three-dimensional shape of an object. A color multi-stripe mode structured light is projected on an object by a projector, the stripes are led to move a distance in the scene and the distance is more than the width of a sub-stripe. A camera is used for photographing an image sequence simultaneously and according to the deformation of the stripes on the object and relativity of time, and the three-dimensional shape of the object is calculated. The method for acquiring the three-dimensional shape includes the following specific steps of: step A: generating color multi-stripe projection mode; step B: projecting the generated color multiple stripes on the surface of the object by the projector; step C: calculating the time in which an edge template passes through each pixel; and step D: calculating the three-dimensional coordinate of each pixel. The quick and high-precision method provided by the invention for acquiring the three-dimensional shape can carry out three-dimensional modeling on an object with complicated shape, solves the interference problem of texture and shadow, is characterized by low cost, quickness, high precision and wide application range and has very important significance to industrial detection, animation industry, physical profile modeling, biomedicine, and the like.
