The testing device includes a shaker cooling test stand, a simulation piston model, an oil supply system and high-speed photographic equipment. The shaker cooling test stand is provided with a high-speed reciprocating movement mechanism and a lead rail; the simulation piston model is formed by transparent material or a cooling cavity thereof is provided with a transparent window, and the simulation piston model is fixed on the high-speed reciprocating movement mechanism; an oil outlet of the oil supply system is communicated with the simulation piston model through an oil pipe; and the high-speed photographic equipment includes a camera, a timing control switch for continuously controlling the shoot of the camera at regular time and a memory. The camera constantly shoots the situation of coolant oil in the cooling cavity in the simulation movement of the simulation piston model.
