Abstract

The invention discloses a fast-disassembly method of a small aeroplane access cover and a fast-disassembly bearing lock. The method is characterized in that an upper lock body with a pin is mounted onthe access cover; a lower lock body with a clamping groove is mounted on an airframe; in locking process, the upper lock body is inserted into the lower lock body, and the pin is clamped in the clamping groove under the action of a spring; in unlocking process, a bolt connected with the pin is rotated by a screwdriver, the pin overcomes the spring force to pull away from the clamping groove to enable the upper lock body to be drawn out from the lower lock body so as to achieve the purpose of the fast disassembly of the access cover. After being mounted on an aeroplane, the fast-assembly bearing lock can meet the requirement of fast opening and closing of the aeroplane access cove, facilitates the maintenance of the aeroplane, improves the maintenance efficiency of the aeroplane, shortensthe time for fast opening and closing the aeroplane access cover and shortens the time of replacing and maintaining the aeroplane equipment to be within 40 minutes. The invention has the advantages ofhigh fatigue strength, small volume, light weight, easy use and maintenance, fast disassembly, large transfer load, and the like.
