Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic joint coating machine for a corrosion proof coating in a pipeline, which belongs to inner surface spraying liquid of a hollow workpiece and pretreatment equipment. The automatic joint coating machine consists of a drive part, a walking part, a rust cleaning part, a dust collecting part, a spraying part, a monitoring part and a power supply. A machine body comprises three sections which are connected into a whole through hinge shaft ball-head components. The rear part of the machine body is provided with a driving wheel which is driven by a walking motor, and five pairs of driven wheels are arranged in the middle part and the front part. The rust cleaning part uses a motor to drive a rotary rack to rotate, and the rotary rack is provided with three small motors for driving a steel brush to rotate so as to clean the rust. A dirt collector is used for collecting the rust dust. A spraying motor drives a rotary cup to rotate at a high speed and flings and sprays liquid paint to a welded junction area. The automatic joint coating machine can automatically get in and out of a pipeline with the diameter between 700 millimeters and 1000 millimeters andthe depth larger than 1 kilometer.
