Abstract

The partition board comprises an EVA hydrate board consisting of EVA, magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride; the outside of the EVA hydrate board is provided with a fire-proof plate with the surface having a decorative pattern; the manufacture process thereof comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing the hydrate of the EVA, magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride; (2) adopting a front pressure plate, a back pressure plate and a mould with two concavo-convex ends to press the hydrate into a unit board; (3) spraying the decorative pattern on the outside surface of the fire-proof plate; and (4) sizing the outside surface of the air-dried and parched unit board to be connected with the fire-proof plate spray-painted with the decorative pattern. The board not only has light weight and convenient installation, but also has good fireproofing effect, waterproof effect and decorative effect, and simple fabrication technology.
