The method comprises: a radio equipment (RE) receiving a radio equipment control (REC) system time, according to the received REC system time increasing accumulative time, acquiring an RE system time and performing initialization calibration to the communication channel, and reporting the result to the REC, the result comprising the RE system time; the REC acquiring the difference between the RE system time and the REC system time according to the RE system time; taking one half of the difference as a bias of the RE system time and the REC system time, and performing time synchronization treatment to the REC and RE. The invention also discloses the RE, the REC and a radio base station system in the radio base station.
