Embodiment Construction

[0024] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0025] see figure 1 , a composite material 10 for body fluid absorbent articles according to the present invention, the composite material 10 includes at least two-layer structure, the two-layer structure includes an upper layer 12 that is in contact with the skin of the user and an upper layer 12 located on the upper layer. The lower layer 14 on the inner side of the layer 12, the composite material 10 has an opening 16, and the opening 16 at least runs through the upper layer 12 of the two-layer structure, and the upper layer 12 is a perforated film or a non-woven fabric, The lower layer 14 comprises a hydrophilic absorbent structure ( figure 2 shown), the uniformly distributed voids 18 contain micropores with a wet average radius greater than or equal to 10 and less than 25 microns or greater than 25 and less than or equa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite material used for body fluid absorbent articles and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite material at least has a two-layer structure which comprises an upper layer surface contacting with the skin of a user and a lower layer surface positioned at the inner side of the upper layer surface; the composite material is opened with a hole; the hole at least penetrates the upper layer surface of the two-layer structure; the upper layer surface is a punching film or a non-woven fabric; the lower layer surface comprises a hydrophilic absorptive structure containing micron-sized micro holes; and the upper layer surface and the lower layer surface are at least combined and connected at the periphery of the opened hole. Due to unique structure and compositions, when being used as the surface layers of the body fluid absorbent articles, the composite material not only can absorb menses well, but also can absorb the body fluid of sweat and the like well, and greatly improve the comfortable feeling of the user.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of absorbent products, in particular to a composite material for body fluid absorbent products and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] There is a continuing need for improvements and enhancements in the surface layers of absorbent articles. Such an improved topsheet should be able to differentiate between different fluids excreted by the body and determine whether the fluid should be completely absorbed by the lower layer of the absorbent article or spread over the topsheet. This property is very important for sanitary napkins, adult and baby diapers. For example, for sanitary napkins, typical products on the market only absorb menstrual blood, but seldom absorb sweat from the human body, so that sweat remains between the user's skin and the sanitary napkin all the time, making the user feel very uncomfortable. [0003] In view of the above problems, some people have made efforts to solve s...
