In the device of the invention, a data acquisition device positioned at the upper part of a platform comprises a camera, a first imaging reflector, a second imaging reflector and a rectangular prism; a light projection device comprises a projection device, a first projection reflector and a second projection reflector; the projection device is fixed at the upper part of a lower platform; and the device further comprises a synchronizer connecting the camera and the projection device. The acquisition method of the invention comprises the following steps: adjusting the angle and the distance of the first imaging reflector and the second imaging reflector relative to the two rectangular surfaces of the rectangular prism as well as the angle and the distance between the first projection reflector and the second projection reflector according to different targets to be acquired; and finally synchronizing the camera and the projection device by the synchronizer to acquire the image.
