The invention discloses a fast joint component and a unidirectional sealing plug and a socket thereof; the fast joint component comprises a plug-in and adaptive first unidirectional sealing joint and a plug-in and adaptive second unidirectional sealing joint, an active valve core is arranged in a fluid channel of the housing of the first joint in elastic assembly along the shaft direction, a fixedvalve core which is mutually contacted and coordinated with the active valve core along the shaft direction is fixedly assembled in the fluid channel of the housing of the second joint, an active sealing sleeve which is mutually contacted and coordinated with the corresponding end of the first joint housing along the shaft direction is mounted between the fixed valve core and the housing of the second joint in elastic assembly along the shaft direction, and the inner and the outer surfaces of the active sealing sleeve are separately coordinated with the fixed valve core and the correspondingsurface of the housing of the second joint in sealing way to form an unidirectional valve structure.
