The toe cap operating mechanism comprises a toe cap fixture fixed on the pedestal and a toe cap permanent seat fixedon the front end face of the toe cap fixture; and the heel cap operating mechanism comprises a heel cap fixture fixed on the pedestal, a heel cap permanent seat arranged in a guide hole in the heel cap fixture and a stroke adjustable cylinder. The stroke adjustable cylinder is in charge of driving the heel cap permanent seat to reciprocate. The toe cap permanent seat and the heel cap permanent seat are in mutual correspondence and arranged on the same axis.
