The invention relates to a method for realizing circuit optical fiber longitudinal differential protection by matching an electronic mutual inductor and an electromagnetic mutual inductor, comprising: (1) current phasors of optical fiber longitudinal differential protection devices at the sides of the electronic mutual inductor and the electromagnetic mutual inductor are detected; if the current phasors of the two optical fiber longitudinal differential protection devices are correct, the step (2) is executed, or the current circuits of the two optical fiber longitudinal differential protection devices are adjusted again; (2) angular difference of the two side current is read in the optical fiber longitudinal differential protection device at the side of the electronic mutual inductor, and time-delay compensation constant value is calculated; (3) the obtained time-delay compensation constant value is input into the optical fiber longitudinal differential protection device at the side of the electronic mutual inductor, and current occurrence time on an actual transmission line can be obtained by using the optical fiber longitudinal differential protection device to subtract the time-delay compensation constant value, thus completing the process of realizing the circuit optical fiber longitudinal differential protection by matching the electronic mutual inductor and the electromagnetic mutual inductor. The method can calculate sampling time delay of three links which are a collector, a communication transmission unit and the merging unit for realizing time-delay compensation, and has the characteristic of simple and effective implementation method.
