Problems solved by technology

However, in the actual manufacturing process, the light-transmitting cover body and the base are usually installed together by snap fit or other fit at even intervals. The pressure is higher, and the sealing of this part is better, but, at the position that tends to be far away from the matching mechanism, the extrusion force on the sealing rubber ring is getting smaller and smaller, and the sealing effect will be less and less ideal
At the same time, due to the aging of the sealing rubber ring and the looseness of the installation mechanism during use, the sealing effect will decrease

Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0022] Such as figure 1 As shown in FIG. 6 , the device for manufacturing a tubular lampshade includes a first module 1 , a second module 2 and a third module 3 , and the second module 2 is sandwiched between the first module 1 and the third module 3 .

[0023] The first module 1 is installed on the head (not shown in the figure) of the extruder, is provided with the first material flow path 11 in it, and the entrance of this first material flow path 11 connects the first extruding material opening (figure not shown in), the outlet of which is connected to the first cavity 21 in the second module 2 and located above the first cavity 21; and, the first material flow channel 11 is gradually narrowed from the inlet to the outlet, so that the inlet type The material in the cavity has a certain pressure.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for manufacturing a tubular lampshade and a manufacture method. The device comprises an opening die for being installed on a head of an extruder, wherein die cavities for molding a tubular lampshade are arranged in the opening die and connected with material flow channels arranged in the opening die. The device is characterized that the die cavities comprise three parts, namely the independent first molding cavity for molding the transparent part of the lampshade as well as the second die cavity and the third die cavity for molding the residual part of the lampshade, wherein the section of the third die cavity is same with the section of the lampshade to be molded; the two material flow channels are not communicated, an outlet of the first material flow channel is connected with the first die cavity and positioned above the first die cavity, and an outlet of the second material flow channel is connected with the second die cavity and positioned below the second die cavity. The manufacture method comprises the following steps: respectively simultaneously charging transparent prescription materials and opaque prescription materials into different material flow channels and integrally molding the tubular lampshade with a transparent part and an opaque part. Compared with the prior art, the invention can integrally extrude and mold the tubular lampshade with the residual part of the transparent part and the opaque part and has favorable seal effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a die of an extruder and a method for preparing a lampshade by using the die, in particular to a device and a preparation method for manufacturing a tubular lampshade. Background technique [0002] Tubular lighting lamps, advertising lamps or decorative lamps for outdoor use usually require a lampshade to cover the luminous body, and the luminous body and wires or integrated circuits for connecting to the power supply are all arranged in the lampshade. In addition to being able to insulate, it also needs to have functions such as waterproof and moisture-proof against weather and environmental changes. The lampshade is usually made of plastic material. Considering that the lampshade also needs to be able to transmit the light emitted by the illuminant, in the prior art, the lampshade is usually divided into two parts, that is, a light-transmitting shade formed by a transparent plastic formula. Body and base molded from an opaqu...
