Embodiment Construction

[0031] figure 1 Shown is a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The process shown in the figure includes the following steps: First, stack several pieces, such as five pieces of absorbent product 4, such as sanitary pads. This part of the process can be manually counted, stacked or used as another independent automatic stacking Put a part of the conveyor belt system to complete automatically. The stacked pads can come from the outlet of the host that produces the pad products, and then the five stacked sanitary pads are transferred to the position in front of the first push rod 3 through the input conveyor belt 11. At the same time, the unwinding direction of the packaging material roll 1 placed on a shaft is perpendicular to the forward direction of the protective pad on the conveyor belt. Among them, the packaging material may be roll-shaped packaging paper or flat sheet-shaped film, paper, non-woven fabric or layered products.

Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic packaging process and automatic packaging equipment for 'wallet-type packages' of moisture-absorbing products. The process comprises the following steps: 1) putting several patches of products pilled up together on an input conveyor belt and unreeling a packaging material reel in a direction perpendicular to the conveyor belt; 2) pushing the products and a section of packaging material into a rotary wheel together to form a package wrapping the products when the products piled on the conveyor belt are conveyed to the front of a push rod; 3) cutting off thepackage, wherein the cutting length accords with the packaging size, and the length of the lower edge of the package is different from that of the upper edge of the package; 4) rotating the rotary wheel at 90 DEG C so as to enable the package to move a next station; 5) sealing and cutting both edges of the package to form an encapsulated bag containing the products; 6) continuing rotating the rotary wheel at 90 DEG C to move a next station; 7) pushing the sealed and cut encapsulated bag out so as to convey the encapsulated bag to an output conveyor belt parallel to the input conveyor belt; 8)gluing the edge of one long edge of a cover plate; and 9) folding the cover plate to cover the opening of the encapsulated bag to seal off the encapsulated bag.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention generally relates to an automatic packaging process for hygroscopic products and equipment for implementing the process, especially hygroscopic products used in the sanitary industry. Background technique [0002] Generally speaking, absorbent products are loosely placed in the user's storage or carrying packaging. These packages can be storage in public toilets, drawers in cabinets, pockets, small handbags or suitcases. However, these packaging materials cannot provide a hygienic environment for these absorbent products for a long time. Therefore, these products will be contaminated during storage, transportation or carrying. Moreover, these products will be scattered in the packaging and it is difficult to find them quickly when they are used. [0003] In order to avoid this situation, it is known to use a sandwich-type plastic bag to provide a neat and clean hygienic environment for these hygroscopic sanitary products, while also ma...
