[0007] In the present invention, the raw tarpaulin is firstly dried, then dipped and pressed with a coating solution by rollers, and then dried at 210-230°C, cooled and calendered. The coating solution of the present invention mainly includes the following components by weight: 40 parts of liquid chlorinated paraffin, 20 parts of dioctyl ester, 10 parts of odorless mineral spirits, and 20 parts of resin. The above materials are mixed in a container and heated to 80 ~120°C, stir evenly, pour into the roller immersion tank, and keep the temperature not lower than 70°C.
