Problems solved by technology

Now when tarpaulins are processed, chlorinated paraffin and dibutyl ester are generally used as main materials, and aromatic hydrocarbons are used as solvents. The tarpaulins processed in this way have a strong pungent odor for a long time due to the strong smell of aromatic hydrocarbons.

Embodiment Construction

[0007] In the present invention, the raw tarpaulin is firstly dried, then dipped and pressed with a coating solution by rollers, and then dried at 210-230°C, cooled and calendered. The coating solution of the present invention mainly includes the following components by weight: 40 parts of liquid chlorinated paraffin, 20 parts of dioctyl ester, 10 parts of odorless mineral spirits, and 20 parts of resin. The above materials are mixed in a container and heated to 80 ~120°C, stir evenly, pour into the roller immersion tank, and keep the temperature not lower than 70°C.

[0008] It also includes flame retardants, anti-aging agents, anti-ultraviolet agents, and pigments.

Abstract

The invention provides processing technology of tasteless tarpaulin, and relates to the processing technology of tarpaulin. The tasteless tarpaulin is prepared by coating coating liquid on dry tarpaulin by a roller and then carrying out drying at a temperature of between 210 and 230 DEG C, cooling and press finishing. The coating liquid comprises the following compositions in portion by weight: 40 portions of liquid chlorinated paraffin, 20 portions of dioctyl ester, 10 portions of tasteless solvent oil and 20 portions of resin; and the compositions are mixed inside a container, heated to be 80 to 120 DEG C and stirred evenly and then are poured in a roller dip tank with the temperature of no less than 70 DEG C. The processing technology has the advantages that the technology changes the prior prescription of tarpaulin dip coating liquid and adopts tasteless solvent oil to replace aromatic hydrocarbon, thereby completely solving the long-standing problem that tarpaulin emits pungent odor; and dip coating liquid is coated on raw tarpaulin at a higher temperature so as to ensure more even coating and better fibre infiltration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a processing technology of a tarpaulin, in particular to a processing technology of an odorless tarpaulin. Background technique [0002] In many occasions such as outdoor cargo storage, temporary residence, transportation, etc., it is necessary to use tarpaulins to shelter from wind, rain, sun and sun. In order to improve its service life and use effect, it is necessary to dip-coat the protective liquid on the surface of the tarpaulin, one is to increase the strength of the tarpaulin and prolong its service life, and the other is to improve its water-proof effect. Now when tarpaulins are processed, chlorinated paraffin and dibutyl ester are generally used as main materials, and aromatic hydrocarbons are used as solvents. The tarpaulins processed in this way have a strong pungent smell due to the strong smell of aromatic hydrocarbons themselves. If it is used for disaster relief tents and military tents, the people inside will ...
