Abstract

The invention discloses a stepper, comprising a base unit, a sliding rail unit, a driving unit and a pedal unit. The sliding rail unit is provided with two sliding rails slantways arranged on the base unit in parallel; the pedal unit is provided with two pedal groups respectively and movably arranged on the sliding rails. Each sliding rail is provided with a front end portion and a back end portion; the front end portion is respectively extended forwards and upwards relative to the back end portion. The driving unit is provided with a first rotary wheel, a second rotary wheel and a first driving component, wherein the first rotary wheel is rotationally arranged on the base unit and is close to the front end portion of the sliding rail; the second rotary wheel is rotationally arranged on the base unit and is close to the back end portion of the sliding rail; and the first driving component is sleeved on the first rotary wheel and the second rotary.
