The first retaining bracket and the second retaining bracket are overlapped; the rollers are arranged one the first retaining bracket and the second retaining bracket; the first flat ring is arranged above the first retaining bracket, and the second flat ring is arranged blow the second retaining bracket; and both the first flat ring and the second flat ring contact the outer side surfaces of the rollers. The plane roller bearing also comprises a shell which externally covers the first retaining bracket, the second retaining bracket, the first flat ring and part of the second flat ring.
