[0014] The method experimental device of the present invention is as figure 1 shown. The THz-TDS system uses a titanium-doped sapphire (Ti: sapphire) self-mode-locked femtosecond laser (LM Labs, USA), with a working center wavelength of 800nm, a pulse width of 25fs, a repetition rate of 88MHz, and a pulse interval of 11.4ns. A broadband photoconductive switch is used as the transmitter and receiver of terahertz waves. There are 4 elliptical mirrors to form an 8-F confocal geometric optical system.
