Benefits of technology

This patented technology improves upon existing designs that protect the inner parts inside an electronic component used with hearing devices such as receivers or speakers. It also prevents liquids like water entering through gaps between components without interferring their function properly. Overall this design ensures stable performance over longer periods while reducing damage caused by external factors during use on humans.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes how modern technologies such as artificial intelligence or machine learning help create better ways to treat patients who suffer from sensor loss due to damage caused by severe noise exposure. However, there may be other factors that could cause this issue during the process.

Embodiment Construction

[0023] see figure 1 , as shown in the figure, the fully sealed structure for the cochlear implant according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a ceramic substrate 11, a ceramic shell 15, and a ceramic formed by sintering the two through a low melting point alloy material 16 Cavity 17. The circuit traces (not shown) of the decoding stimulator 3 are printed on the ceramic substrate 11, and the electronic components 12 and the decoding stimulator 13 are arranged on the front of the ceramic substrate 11 in the ceramic cavity 17 by chip technology. The surfaces of the electronic components 12 and the decoding stimulator 13 are coated with a parylene coating 4 . The ceramic cavity 17 is filled with inert gas.

[0024] read on figure 2 According to the first embodiment of the present invention, it also includes a titanium shell support 19 sintered with the ceramic cavity 17. The ceramic cavity 17 is sintered on the titanium shell support 19 using integrated...

Abstract

The invention provides a wholly sealed structure for an artificial cochlea implanting device, which adopts the integrated circuit chip seal-packaging technology to package elements, components and chips of a decoding stimulator circuit into a sealed ceramic cavity, and then adopts the laser welding technology to weld a titanium shell into an upper sealing cavity and a lower sealing cavity. The upper cavity is used for protecting the ceramic shell of the decoding stimulator in a sealing way, and the lower cavity is used for protecting welding points of electrodes and receiving coils in a sealing way. The invention adopts the Parylene seal-coating technology simultaneously to strengthen the sealing of the implanting device, so that the decoding stimulator circuit of the artificial cochlea implanting device can be completely packaged in the double-layer sealing device, thereby preventing the corrosion of the internal circuit caused by the human body fluid, and ensuring the long-term normal operation of the implanting device.
