Embodiment Construction

[0055] Below, refer to Figure 1 to Figure 13 , and an embodiment of the button identification device according to the present invention will be described.

[0056] The button used in this embodiment is a button formed of a transparent or translucent material.

[0057] exist figure 1 Among them, a mounting table (holding unit) 10 made of a glass plate through which light can be transmitted is horizontally arranged, and the button 2 is mounted on the mounting table 10 .

[0058] like figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, in the button recognition device 1 according to the present embodiment, above the button 2 , a camera 3 as an imaging unit for acquiring an image of the upper surface of the button 2 on the mounting table 10 is arranged.

[0059] In the middle of the vertical direction between the mounting table 10 and the camera 3 , an illuminating device 5 serving as an irradiation unit for irradiating the upper surface of the button 2 with irradiation light 11 from obliquely ...

Abstract

The present invention provides a button identification device and a method thereof, which increases the precision for determining front surface and back surface of the button, sews the button to the object being sewed with a high quality and realizes the shortening of button state determination time. White irradiation light is irradiated to the upper surface of the button. Blue adjustment light is shot with a state of irradiating to the lower surface of the button. The reflection light of the irradiated light and the transmitted light of the adjustment light are received, the part except for the transmitted light of the adjustment light is received for obtaining the shot data. The light with the color same with the adjustment light is extracted from the shot data for generating the adjustment light brightness data. The light with the color different from the adjustment light is extracted from the shot data for generating the non-adjusting light brightness data. The non-adjusting lightbrightness data is subtracted from the adjustment light brightness data for generating the adjustment light data. The adjustment light data are binarized and inverted for generating the profile data.Logic and calculation are performed for the shot data and the profile data for generating the synthesized image data. The synthesized image data is compared with the respective standard image data ofthe front surface and the back surface of the button for determining the state of the button.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a button recognition device and a button recognition method for judging the states of front and back, defective products, and other types of buttons for clothing. Background technique [0002] Currently, when a button is sewn to a sewn product by a button sewing device, a button detection device for discriminating the front and back of the button is used. The shape of a normal button (flat button) is such that the central portion of the front surface is depressed, and the central portion of the back surface is flat. [0003] For example, the button detection device provided on the button supply device described in Patent Document 1 has a detection unit that can be connected to the upper surface edge of the above-mentioned held button when the button holding foot is raised. The central part is engaged to displace up and down; and the judging unit discriminates the front and back of the button through the up and down displacemen...
