The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation method of a sanitary material fabric. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) selecting process raw materials which comprise cotton fibers and functional fibers; 2) mixing the cotton fibers with the functional fibers to manufacture a cotton spunlaced nonwoven fabric; and 3) punching the cotton spunlaced nonwoven fabric. Due to the particularity of the raw materials and the processing technique, namely, the cotton spunlaced nonwoven fabric is produced by mixing and processing the cotton fibers and the functional fibers and is processed by punching, the produced fabric has the advantages that: a handfeel like that offered by a spunlacing process is offered; the comfort level of the fabric in use is guaranteed due to the high water absorbability of the cotton fibers; and the penetration time is reduced due to the punching treatment on the spunlaced nonwoven fabric.
