Abstract

The invention provides a signal detection method of a minimum transmission differential signal transmission system and a device thereof, which are used for the minimum transmission differential signal transmission system. A passage of the system is arranged between a receiver and a transmitter. The signal detection method comprises the following steps: disconnecting the electric connection between a load in the receiver and the passage; providing a first reference current in a first differential circuit of the passage; providing a second reference current in a second differential circuit of the passage; calculating a difference value between the first reference current and the current derived by the transmitter through the first differential circuit to obtain a first current difference value; calculating a difference value between the second reference current and the current derived by the transmitter through the second differential circuit to obtain a second current difference value; performing low-pass filtering operation to a first node voltage and a second node voltage so as to generate a low-pass operation result; and judging the operation state of the transmitter according to the low-pass operation result; wherein the first node voltage corresponds to the first current difference value and the second node voltage corresponds to the second current difference value.
