For gas purification equipment in multiple processes of the deamination working procedure, the final cooling working procedure, the benzene washing working procedure and the desulfuration working procedure, the working pressure thereof is between -15 and -1 KPa; in addition, the gas outlet temperature of the initial cooling working procedure rises, the energy consumption of gas purification devices is reduced, the process flow is simplified and the investment for constructing the devices is reduced.
