Abstract

The invention relates to a toxicity detection method, in particular to the method for detecting the toxicity of fuel oil. Every nation has different kinds of automobile alternative fuel technology, but has the same aims of preventing the exhaustion of the oil fuel and reducing the pollution of automobile emission to the environment. At present, in a plurality of automobile alternative fuels, methanol gasoline and ethanol gasoline attract much attention, and are proved to be well used for the fuel oil of automobiles in actual application; however, the safety of the methanol gasoline and the ethanol gasoline in using processes is a question. Researches on the toxicity of the methanol gasoline and the ethanol gasoline are reported frequently; however, the researches on the direct detection of the toxicity of the gasoline, the methanol gasoline and the ethanol gasoline with luminous bacteria are not reported. The invention provides the method for detecting the toxicity of the fuel oil, which can be used for conveniently detecting the toxicity of the fuel oil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a toxicity detection method, in particular to a fuel toxicity detection method. Background technique [0002] Although the technology of alternative fuels for vehicles varies from country to country, the goal is to prevent the depletion of petroleum fuels and reduce environmental pollution caused by vehicle emissions. At present, methanol gasoline and ethanol gasoline are attracting much attention among many alternative fuels for automobiles. This kind of fuel is to add methanol or ethanol to gasoline to partially replace the gasoline whose price is constantly rising and whose resources are nearly exhausted. In practical applications, both methanol gasoline and ethanol gasoline have been proven to work well as fuel for cars, but are they safe to use? There have been many reports on gasoline fuel and methanol fuel toxicity research. The toxicity determination method of luminescent bacteria is a rapid, economical and effective...
