Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting a scale limit value of a container for burned protection. The method comprises the following steps of: arranging a water temperature sensor, a liquid level sensor and a controller which takes a microprocessor as a core and is assisted and supported by software in a heating container, detecting the rise rate of a water temperature in a heating process in water of the heating container on line with the water temperature sensor by inputting a fixed thermal load, representing the change of a scale forming thickness with the change of the rise rate of the water temperature, and prompting to removing scales when rise rate of the water temperature is reduced to the limit value; and monitoring the internal temperature of the heating container in real time with the same water temperature sensor in the heating process, when the temperature is greater than a certain value of the boiling point of the water in the container, prompting to supplement water, and when water cannot be timely supplemented, automatically closing a heat source to prevent burning without water.
