An air source solution-type heat pump device, which relates to a heat pump heating method based on the principle that the solution absorbs energy from the air and a device for implementing the method. The device comprises a coolant circulation loop and a solution circulation loop. The coolant circulation loop comprises a compressor, two solenoid valves, a regenerator, a four-way valve, a first heat exchanger, four one-way valves, a reservoir, a filter, an electronic expansion valve, a secondary heat exchanger, a gas-liquid separator and connecting tubes thereof. The solution circulation loop comprises a , a solution container, three manual valves, a frequency-variable pump, an electric three-way regulating valve, an regenerator, a second heat exchanger and connecting tubes thereof. The invention solves the problems that the water-cooling unit is not used in winter, the air source heat pump has poor refrigeration performance in summer (compared with the water-cooling unit) and has high risk of frost formation in winter. The device is a novel air source solution-type heat pump heating device capable of the water-cooling refrigeration in summer and the solution-based air heat absorption in winter.
