The invention provides a power distribution-traffic networkcoupling optimization configuration method and system considering extreme weather, and the method comprises the steps: firstly constructing a power distribution-traffic networkcoupling node optimization configuration model which considers the influence of a multi-element mixed traffic flow in a traffic network and traffic waves caused by intersection traffic lights on the road trafficdensity distribution; the influence of different types of extreme weather on the electrified road is reduced; and solving the optimal configuration model of the power distribution-traffic network coupling nodes to obtain an optimal configuration scheme of electrified roads, energy storage and special transformers of the power distribution-traffic network coupling nodes. According to the method, a mode of combining an electric vehicle dynamic wireless charging system and a pavement paving photovoltaic system is adopted, a road with relatively large overall traffic flow is selected as a candidate coupling node to configure an electrified road, land occupation and power grid dependence of an independent charging station are greatly reduced, and on the premise of ensuring that the charging requirement is met, the charging efficiency is greatly improved. And the dynamic wireless charging service profit of the system is maximized.
