system, and belongs to the field of
air conditioning equipment. The
system is composed of a first-stage
air compressor, a primary radiator, a second-stage
air compressor, a secondary radiator, a heat regenerator A, a condenser, a high-pressure water separator, a first-stage
turbine, a second-stage
turbine, a rotary dehumidifier, a heat regenerator B, a pressure limiting valve, a fan and a motor. After to-be-treated wet air is subjected to pressure rising and cooling twice, most
water vapor in the wet air is condensed into
free water. And the water is separated from the wet air through the high-pressure water separator, the treated wet air is subjected to physical adsorption dehumidification through the rotary dehumidifier again to become dry air, and finally the initial
temperature and pressure are recovered after being subjected to
heat regeneration and pressure relief so that the dry air can be further used. According to the
system, a pressurization dehumidification mode is adopted, compared with a traditional cooling dehumidification method, the dehumidification efficiency is higher, and high-
dew-point temperature dehumidification can be realized. Meanwhile, in consideration of economical performance, deep dehumidification continues to be conducted through the rotary dehumidifier, and finally the state of the low
dew point temperature is achieved. The system can be applied to air dehumidification in large spaces such as a factory buildings in a high-temperature and high-
humidity environment.
