Superheaters, a first evaporator and an ammonia spraying device are sequentially arranged in the first flue from bottom to top, a main bypass flue communicates with the inlet flue, and a first bypass flue with a first adjusting device communicates with the portion, located between the superheaters and the first evaporator, of the first flue.
