The invention discloses an efficient biological nitrogen removal process for sewage treatment. The process consists of an efficient biological nitrogen removal device main body for sewage treatment, asedimentation tank, a constant temperature system, a water inlet system, an aeration system and a dosing system, wherein the efficient biological nitrogen removal device main body is composed of a constant temperature water bath layer, an outer cylinder, a cylindrical flow guide, an inner cavity, a triangular flow guide, a fluidized filler and a fixed fiber filler. In operation of the process, the ammonia nitrogen concentration of fed water is 40-80mg/L, and the water retention time is 2-12 hours; and in operation of the process, an air pump is adopted for continuous aeration, the aeration rate is 0-6m<3> air/m<3>/h, the dissolved oxygen concentration inside the device main body is 0-2mg/L, the temperature is 25-40 DEG C, and the pH value is 7-8.5. According to the process, zeolite and activated carbon fiber are adopted to adsorb ammonia nitrogen, ecological structures of florae are optimized, and enrichment of functional florae is promoted; and bottom aeration is implemented to realize internal circulation and dosing is implemented when operating performance is reduced, and the process has the advantages of long-term stable operation, simple and compact structures, convenience inoperation, good ammonia removal effects, energy conservation and high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and the like.
