The present application relates to the technical field of
flue gas purification, and discloses a high-temperature
flue gas dust removal and denitration device, which comprises a
flue gas inlet section, a dust removal and denitration
reaction zone, an inertial collision dust removal zone, a clean
flue gas chamber and a
flue gas outlet section. The arrangement of the dust removal and denitration
reaction zone, the inertial collision dust removal zone, the clean
flue gas chamber and the flue gas outlet section meets the
processing path of the flue gas entering from the flue gas inlet section, i.e. the flue gas enters the dust removal and denitration
reaction zone from the flue gas inlet section, is subjected to
primary treatment in the dust removal and denitration reaction zone, enters the inertial collision dust removal zone, is subjected to collision and dust removal in the inertial collision dust removal zone, is indirectly returned to the dust removal and denitration reaction zone, is subjected to
secondary treatment in the dust removal and denitration reaction zone, enters the clean flue
gas chamber, and is finally discharged from the clean flue
gas chamber to the outside from the flue gas outlet section. The present application can make the flue gas treatment pass through three-stage dust removal and two-stage denitration by setting the flue gas
processing path, and has the advantages of excellent dust removal and denitration effect and saving of production cost required by enterprises.
