The method comprises the following steps of establishing a standard matrix table by numbering and locating RFID labels in the RFID label arrays one by one, probing and reading the RFID labels in an electric wave covering area, calculating the amount and the positions of personnel in the RFID label arrays according to the positions and the amount of RFID labels which can not be read and a fixed distribution interval of two adjacent RFID labels; and calculating the personnel moving direction and speed according to the sequence and the time interval for not reading the RFID labels.
