The invention relates to an adsorption device of a light guide plate, which is used for adsorbing the light guide plate. The adsorption device of light guide plate comprises a base, a leaning frame with a hollow cavity and a plurality of air extractors, wherein the base comprises a first surface and a second surface that are opposite and is provided with a plurality of air guide through holes passing through the first surface and the second surface; the leaning frame comprises a connecting surface and a leaning surface, and the connecting surface is hermetically connected to the first surface and exposes the plurality of air guide through holes out of the hollow cavity; and the air extractors are respectively arranged in the corresponding air guide through holes from the second surface and are used for extracting air in the hollow cavity to adsorb the light guide plate on the leaning surface. The adsorption device of light guide plate adopts the air extractors for extracting the air in the hollow cavity to adsorb the light guide plate on the leaning surface so that the light guide plate is not directly adsorbed on the air guide through holes, therefore the adsorbed part on the light guide plate is more uniformly stressed, and depressions are avoided generating, thereby being beneficial to the subsequent processing procedures of the light guide plate.
