Abstract

The invention relates to a positioning measurement method based on key point detection of a marker, which comprises the following four parts of: 1. design of a ruler and a marker: realizing the ruler and the marker with high environmental adaptation and convenient use and manufacture; 2. detection of the ruler for calibrating: performing multi-threshold segmentation on a compressed image according to a custom segmentation function and positioning the ruler by methods of contour detection, polygon fit, and the like; 3. detection of a key point of the marker: detecting a positioning key point mainly by adopting methods of histogram matching, gray scale projection, Hough transformation segment detection, least square method straight line fit, and the like; and 4. reestablishment of three-dimensional world coordinates: adopting a two-dimensional method of photography measurement.
