In the method, an X2 interface link among relay stations belonging to the same DeNB is established; the source relay station transmits a switching request to the target relay station; the target relay station performs access permitting control; if the target relay station permits the user terminal to access, the source relay station executes the forwarding of the context and the cache data of a user; and after the user terminal is successfully accessed into the target relay station, the target relay station informs DeNB path change, and the DeNB executes path switching. In the switching process provided by the invention, the control of data forwarding is just carried out between the source relay station and the target relay station without forwarding by the DeNB or MME / S-GW (Mobility Management Entity / Serving Gateway) processing, thereby simplifying the switching process and reducing the switching delay to a certain extent.
