Meanwhile, the fast evacuation algorithm FastEvac divides source points into two types, puts the source points with reserved paths and the sources points without the reserved paths into two double-priority queues respectively, and acquires source points needing source shortest path calculation by a method for acquiring top elements of the two double-priority queues during each iteration.
