The method comprises the following steps: the gas in the annealing furnace is extracted by a sampling metering pump and is enabled to pass through a collector according to a given flow; various particulate matters in the gas are intercepted in the collector; the volume of the collected furnace gas can be automatically measured by the sampling metering pump, and temperature and pressure signals, which are measured by an instrument at the front of the sampling metering pump, are transmitted to a computer for processing by a controller so that the volume unit of the furnace gas is converted as standard cubic meter; the total weight of suspended particulate matters in a sampling furnace region is obtained according to the weight difference of pollutant gross collector filter cores before and after sampling, so that the concentration of the particulate matters in the furnace gas can be solved; and the pollution degree in the furnace is evaluated through detection of the cleaness and total gross of the furnace gas in various furnace regions, and whether noxious substances in various regions are abnormal can be judged through detection and analysis of furnace gas constituents in the various furnace regions.
