Abstract
The invention discloses 3-[4-(benzofuran-5-yl) thiazole-2-yl]-2-methylbenzimidazole-5-formic ether shown in a chemical structural formula I and a preparation method and application thereof. In the formula, R and R1 are H, C1 to C2 alkyl, and C3 to C4 straight-chain alkyl or branched-chain alkyl. The preparation method of the 3-[4-(benzofuran-5-yl) thiazole-2-yl]-2-methylbenzimidazole-5-formic ether comprises the following steps of: heating 2-bromine-1-(7-hydroxy/alkoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl) ethyl ketone, N-(2-acetamido-5-alkoxycarbonyl phenyl) thiourea and acetone, reacting with stirring for 2 hours, filtering, and neutralizing filter cakes by using stronger ammonia water until the filter cakes are alkaline to prepare the 3-[4-(benzofuran-5-yl) thiazole-2-yl]-2-methylbenzimidazole-5-formic ether. The 3-[4-(benzofuran-5-yl) thiazole-2-yl]-2-methylbenzimidazole-5-formic ether has high insecticidal activity, and is applied to the preparation of insecticides.
