The resin has the properties of a strong-base resin and a weak-base resin containing pyridine groups at the same time; and compared with the commercially available common strong or weak-base ion exchange resin, the obtained target product in the invention has the advantages of high functional group content, strong decolorization capability, good contamination resistance, long service life, greater social benefit and economic benefit and the like during the decolorization process.
