Abstract

The device is in a telescopic arm structure which is telescoped by a telescopic oil cylinder; a telescopic arm and a cutting knife part are driven to move from side to side by the side-to-side movement of the oil cylinder; the ground clearance of a cutting knife disc is adjusted by lifting the oil cylinder; the telescopic arm can swing in an angle range of 150 degrees by a worm and worm wheel mechanism; the telescopic arm can be lifted and descended by the pitching movement of the oil cylinder; the cutting knife disc is driven by a hydraulic motor (in an electric motor or other mechanical transmission form) to rotate at high speed, and knife blades fixed on the cutting knife disc do centrifugal movement to cut off shrubs; the cutting knife disc and the telescopic arm are hinged so as to adapt to the change of the pitch angle of the telescopic arm and keep the cutting knife disc horizontal; and the knife blades are in an active avoiding structure, so that when a hard object is encountered and can not be cut off, the knife blades are passively retracted to prevent the cutting knife part of the stumping device from being damaged.
