The method comprises the following steps of: (1) when the center equipment receives a message from a center intranet, determining a destination address carried by the message; (2) searching a branch tunnel sourceaddress corresponding to the destination address by the center equipment in the established corresponding relationship among the branch intranet addresses, the branch tunnel source addresses and the branch tunnel interface priorities, determining a branch tunnel source address to be used currently according to the branch tunnel interface priority corresponding to the branch tunnel source address in the corresponding relationship if more than two branch tunnel source addresses are found, packaging the message according to the determined branch tunnel source address, and forwarding the packagedmessage through the configured center tunnel interface. By adopting the invention, the defects caused by configuring center tunnel interfaces with the same quantity with the branch intranets on the center equipment in the prior art are solved.
