Abstract

The invention provides a method for managing services and data based on device management (DM), which is characterized by comprising the following steps: customizing a service 1 provided by an application server (AS), a service provider (SP) or a content provider (CP) by a subscription user end to an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS); requesting for downloading software corresponding to the service 1 by an equipment management DM client to a DM server; sending the software corresponding to the service 1 to the DM client by the DM server, and using the service 1 to acquire service data 1 in the service 1 by the IMS after the software corresponding to the service 1 is acquired by the subscription user end from the DM client and then installed; recording the service data 1 by the AS, the SP or the CP, and sending the service data 1 to the DM server for storage by the IMS; and updating the stored service data 1 by the DM server, and then using the stored service data 1 in a service 2. The invention also discloses a system for managing services and data based on DM.
