Abstract

The invention relates to a microwave oven and a control method thereof, wherein the microwave oven comprises a microwave heating part and a control circuit. The microwave oven is characterized in that the control circuit comprises a voice signal input part, a signal processor and a heating control part, wherein the voice signal input part is used for receiving a voice command; the signal processor is used for processing output signals of the voice signal input part; the heating control part controls the microwave heating part; and the control circuit is provided with an operating button which is positioned at the surface of the microwave oven. The control method comprises: switching on the power supply of the microwave oven; pressing the operating button, wherein the signal processor of the control circuit of the microwave oven and the heating control part are in a waiting state, and inputting an operating instruction by voice to the control circuit; then operating in a mode of inputting one operating instruction by voice to the control circuit through pressing the operating button once until inputting all operating instructions by voice, and beginning to work by the microwave oven. The microwave provided by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple and reasonable, the operation is convenient, and the cost is low.
